||### so ungefährkönnte eine überschrifft vom vergangenen freitag lauten: in den vergangenen 10 (!!) jahren haben R.E.M. keinen einzigen tour termin abgesagt oder verpasst.am donnerstag abend abend riss dann die "glücksträhne" der kult-band aus athens.der geplante gig in st.petersburg musste gecancelt werden weil die ausrüstung nicht zeitig ankam :
"This is the first time since the widely-chronicled 1995 tour that R.E.M. has had to cancel a show, and it is a major disappointment for the band not to be playing this particular city. As Michael and the band told some Russian journalists at the hotel this afternoon, we are obviously sorry for all of the inconvenience this has caused for people who were planning to be there."
wollen wir mal hoffen das es hierzulande besser läuft,im februar beglücken R.E.M. die deutschen fans mit ihrer anwesenheit.###||
